Bonjour! Mug

I know I keep harping on Fall and how it's almost here and I'm so GLAD the heat is nearly over and how excited I am that we're looking at the backside of Summer, but this is my blog and I can repeat myself if I wanna!

One of the best things about cooler weather is that I get to drink hot chocolate like it's going out of style. I drink it almost every evening, from October to March and before you ask, the answer is no, I do not get sick of it.

Part of the fun of hot chocolate is drinking it from a fun mug. Like this, the Bonjour! Mug.

Burt Reynolds a souhaité sa moustache
était si masculin comme cela.
This is a fun, easy and CHEAP project that you can do in no time flat.

Follow me after the jump!

The Dollar Tree has these plain white porcelain mugs, especially made for painting your own design on them. How are they different from other plain white mugs? I don't know. But the easily removable stickers assured me they're made expressly for this purpose.
This cheeky mug would like to kiss your hand and
sing to you, using a baguette as a microphone.
French dudes do that, right?
So I freehanded some thick, luxurious moustaches upon them with paint markers (the kind specifically made to paint porcelain and ceramic). And then... that's all. That's the entire tutorial.

This is a template I made, in case you
need a less free-handed approach.
Just right-click and save.
Anyways, they're super fun and when you drink from them it looks like you have a funny moustache!
Oui Oui je nais se pas croissant!
I called it the Bounjour! Mug because the moustache looks French to me. I do not know why this is. But a quick Google image search for the phrase "Frenchman" returns about a million results that look like this:
Clearly, my instinct was 100% correct.
